how an Inverter works ?

Now, if you are wondering how does an Inverter works, well, here is how it works;

  1. DC electricity is channeled through a transformer.
  2. The transformer lowers the voltage and changes to AC.
  3. The DC runs through two or more transistors
which  are rapidly turned on and off to feed the two different sides of the transformer.
Types Of Inverters
  1. Micro Inverters
These inverters are fitted to each individual solar panel and convert DC to AC on the roof, by that removing the necessity of a separate inverter.
  2. String Inverters
In String inverters, solar panels are arranged into rows, with each panel installed on a “string”. Multiple strings can be connected to just a single inverter, from which it transforms the DC electricity produced by the panels into appliance friendly AC electricity.
  3. Power Optimisers
These ones can be located on each individual panels in a solar, but rather than converting DC to AC at the roof level, they move it to a string inverter.

How it Works

Our team will perform a site survey prior to developing a plan for installing your inverter system

Every use is different, and one inverter  installation solution doesn’t work for everyone. So, we send technicians to your property, conduct a site survey, then work with you to design the right inverter size  to address your particular needs. Our inverter installation services are customized to the location’s property appliances , roof design  and building positions. inverter sizes range in size from 2.4kva  to 20 kva

What does a typical installation for inverter include?

Power inverters -devices that convert standard battery (DC) power to AC household power

Battery Module -The battery module contains the battery system required to produce the reserve energy to supply the inverter during abnormal power conditions.

Charge Controller-

The charge controller – also known as charge regulator – maintains the proper charging voltage for system batteries.

Batteries can be overcharged, if fed continuous voltage. The charge controller regulates the voltage, preventing overcharging and allowing charging when required

solar panels- Solar panels work by absorbing sunlight with photovoltaic cells, generating direct current (DC) energy and then converting it to usable alternating current (AC) energy with the help of inverter technology.
Solar panels are given output ratings in watts. This rating is the maximum produced by the panel under ideal conditions. Output per panel is between 10 and 300 watts, with 100 watts be a common configuration.

Battery rack-  for housing  stationary inverter batteries.
Solar Array Mounting Racks- Solar panels are joined into arrays and commonly mounted in one of three ways: on roofs; on poles in free standing arrays; or directly on the ground.
